Knowing My 8 Rules for Safety  Guidelines
National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) has many free and low cost informational brochures and publications for parents, teachers, social service, health and law enforcement professionals. Knowing My 8 Rules for Safety  poster, is an example of a pamphlet that can be downloaded or ordered from the website.

The personal safety curriculum, KIDS AND COMPANY: Together for Safety, authored by Stephanie Meegan, is described in the NCMEC website under "Education & Resources". AGS also provides other materials of interest to teachers, health educators, school nurses, and guidance counselors. The CFC website has excellent links to abuse and violence prevention resources. The Second Step curriculum focuses on the development of social skills related to violence prevention and conflict resolution.
